A settlement bridge is a bridge that can be crossed if the water level is flowing normally, a bridge that will sink when it increases in water,
The flow bridge is a bridge that is easier to recover because the bridge piers remain even if the bridge girder (the part where the bri
dge walks) flows with increased water.
In old civil engineering technology it was hard to make a bridge that will not break even in the flood.
Dare to decide which part to break, the bridge piers that are troublesome construction in the water are made to remain safely.
